What if I’ve never done a bootcamp before?

No worries at all! These sessions are for all fitness levels — whether you’re new to training or have experience. I’ll guide you through everything and help you push your limits!





Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely — even better if you do! They can sign up for the Drop-in or grab a Monthly Pass too.





Can under 18s take part?

Yes — with parental consent. Anyone under 18 must bring a signed parental consent form to their first session
