Ilana struggles with her crutches in a sundress, her painted toes peeking out from her short leg cast . She’s visibly relieved when she finally gets to sit down, lift her cast off the floor, and wiggle her toes. Later, she transitions to an SLC with a walking boot—but crutching remains a challenge.
