Most licensors build the welcome packet the week after the first sale — in a scramble, from memory, differently for every buyer. This system is the licensor back office built beforehand, documented in full, and generalized from a real shop's own licensing machinery:

- Tier language & the license registry — define Single-Site / Multi-Site / Chain / Content tiers before you sell; the ID scheme; the one-table registry with the honor-rule flag (a promised price is flagged the day it's promised, so it survives your next price change) and the weekly expiry scan

- The licensee welcome kit — welcome letter, the displayable License Certificate (with its not-an-accreditation line), the one-page do-and-don't sheet method, and the name-your-site activation step with its 14-day nudge

- The orientation system — a six-module outline (brand story, honest-claims rules, disclosure in plain language, price basics, the forbidden list, good partnership), completed by attestation checklist instead of an exam, plus the naming rule that keeps a partner badge honest — it is never a "certification"

- The renewal rungs — 60/30/7-day reminder templates written the way the source shop's guides promise: optional renewal, no auto-charge, no penalty, no pressure

- The check-in & enforcement ladder — a light mid-term check-in, then friendly reminder → cure notice → termination, in that order, with the legal notices marked as drafts for your own attorney's review, exactly as they should be

Honest note from Jerry: This is the complete licensee-onboarding system I built for my own licensing business — the registry, the welcome packet, the orientation, the renewal reminders. As of November 2026, I have sold zero licenses: my license offers are live and this machinery is built and ready, but no licensee has ever been through it. You're buying the finished system and the thinking behind it, documented before the first sale — not a story about licensees I don't have. If I ever quote licensee numbers, they'll be the real ones, with the date next to them.

What this is, plainly: a documented operations system for onboarding and managing licensees, built from real machinery. It supports running a licensing business in an orderly way. It does not promise licensees, renewals, or licensing income, and it includes no licensed content of any kind — this teaches the operations layer, for your material, under your terms. If you onboard one-off service clients rather than licensees, that's the Smooth Start Onboarding Kit ($199).

This system teaches licensor operations. It does not include or license any Fast, Cheap & Confident product.

FAQ:

Q: You really have zero licensees? Why sell the system?

A: Because the machinery is the product, and it exists — registry, welcome kit, orientation, rungs — built from the same guides my live license offers ship with. Licensors need this before the first sale, which is precisely when nobody can sell them a "proven with my licensees" version of their own paperwork. The disclosure is on the listing because you'd want to know.

Q: Does it include license terms/contracts for my product?

A: It includes the registry, activation, welcome, orientation, and reminder/compliance machinery, with the cure and termination notices as clearly-marked draft skeletons. Your actual license terms and any legal notice are your attorney's work — the system teaches you to mark them that way and never improvise them.

Q: I don't license yet — I'm still building the product.

A: Then this is early for you. The system's own advice: define your tiers and start your registry the day the offer exists. Buy it when your license offer does.

Q: How is this different from the Membership Money System ($197)?

A: Members buy recurring access to content. Licensees buy business use rights in your material — activation, site scope, compliance, renewal. Different relationship, different machinery, different product.

Q: Any live help?

A: None — no setup calls, registry reviews, or orientation production. Files and method, complete on their own.
