Ecommerce Competitor & Product Selection Report for Small Shops
Ecommerce Competitor & Product Selection Report for Small Shops — A readable, decision-ready report on the competitors and products the buyer names: price, selling points, and review complaints compared side by side, plus a short list of what to fix, stock, or drop next. Every figure in the report is marked as buyer-supplied or publicly listed at the time of writing, and the buyer must confirm price and stock themselves before ordering or listing anything. This service does not place orders, does not make purchase decisions for the buyer, and does not log in to the buyer's shop, email, or marketplace accounts.
Tiers: Starter — $49, 2 working days: Up to 3 competitor listings the buyer names, compared on price, selling points, and review complaint keywords; 1 product selection feasibility note (sell / test / skip) with reasons; 1 revision round. Standard — $99, 3 working days: Up to 6 competitor listings across up to 2 product lines; everything in Starter, plus a comparison table and 3 suggested selling-point improvements per product line; a short "what to verify before you list" checklist (price, stock, shipping, returns); 2 revision rounds. Premium — $179, 5 working days: Up to 10 competitor listings across up to 3 product lines; everything in Standard, plus a weekly competitor watch template (pre-filled with the buyer's lines) and a one-page "next 4 weeks" action plan; 2 revision rounds.
Buyer must provide: (1) the competitor listing links (or listing names and shop names) to compare; (2) the buyer's own cost price and target margin, if they want a price check; (3) the product line or niche, and anything that must not be copied or claimed; (4) any market, language, or platform to avoid.
This service will NOT: log in to the buyer's shop, email, or marketplace accounts, or place orders for them; make a final purchase, pricing, or stock decision for the buyer — the report informs the decision, the buyer makes it; copy a competitor's listing text, images, or brand, or invent sales figures, prices, or stock levels that were not supplied or publicly listed — missing figures are marked "to verify by hand" and that section is paused, not guessed.
