Cookies & Cream

Would it be fair to say that we all have a favorite flavor of ice cream? One that brings a memory and a smile to your face every time you think of it. Cookies & Cream is at the top of my most loved flavor list. One bite brings me back to my youth, when I would order multiple Oreo ice cream cookie sandwiches from the ice cream truck with my allowance. I would quietly savor each one in my sunny backyard, not a care in the world. Here, I give homage to this classic, beloved flavor. I load mine with a ton of Oreo pieces because I adore a chunkier ice cream, but feel free to add more or less to your personal preference. May each bite fill you with joy, happiness and love, just like it did (and still does!) for me.
