Certificate of Conference

Use this as an example or template to see how prepare a certificate of conference (COC).  This COC usually has to filed with the court before a court coordinator will allow you to set a motion you filed for hearing.  It basically tells the court what the outcome was when you attempted to confer and resolve the issues in your motion with opposing counsel without a hearing on your motion.
