Bachelorette / Hen Party Planner & Cost Splitter

For the maid of honour or chief bridesmaid organising the trip. Add the guests, the bookings and who joins which extras. The spreadsheet splits the costs fairly and shows exactly who still owes what, including anyone who paid a booking up front. Printables in both US 'Bachelorette' and UK/AU 'Hen party' wording.

★ WHAT YOU GET

• 1 spreadsheet (.xlsx) with 7 tabs: Start here, Who owes what, Setup, Guests, Costs, Payments, Itinerary

• Setup wording drop-down: Bachelorette party, Hen party, Hens party, Bachelor party or Stag do

• Guests (40 rows): coming yes/maybe/no and up to 3 optional extras (e.g. spa, boat trip). Only people who opt in pay for an extra

• Costs (60 rows): total cost, split between all guests or one opt-in group, people in split, cost per person, and who paid up front

• Payments log (200 rows) and Who owes what: each guest's share, paid, and balance, plus totals collected and still owed

• The guest of honour is simply left off the guest list, so their share is spread over the group

• 8-page printable, 2 versions (US 'Bachelorette' spelling & UK/AU 'Hen party' spelling), each in US Letter and A4 = 4 PDFs: overview, guest list & payments, cost split worksheet, itinerary, packing list, 'How well do you know the bride-to-be?' quiz (20 questions), photo challenge, advice cards
