How it works:1. A webhook receives the new booking request (from any form or widget that can send a webhook) and validates the required fields - name, email, requested time and duration.2. If the request is valid, the workflow checks your calendar service's availability for that exact time window.3. If the slot is free, it creates the calendar event and emails the customer a confirmation. If the slot is already taken, it emails the customer a decline instead and invites them to pick another time.4. Invalid requests are rejected immediately with a clear reason, before any calendar lookup happens.5. Every rule - the required fields, the calendar lookup, the email wording - is edited directly in the included nodes, no separate tool required.

Requirements: a free or paid n8n account (cloud or self-hosted), a form/widget that can send a webhook, a calendar service that exposes a free/busy and event-creation API, and an email account for sending.
