Give your property a warm, useful introduction with Guest Welcome Studio. This downloadable HTML tool turns the information you supply into a polished guest guide, using a modern desktop browser on your own device.

Work through a clear set of sections: welcome, arrival, everyday property details, local favourites, departure and contacts. Add your property name and host message, confirmed check-in arrangements, parking notes, amenities, house rules and checkout actions. The tool organizes your words; it does not invent rules, verify property facts or supply safety instructions.

The local section helps you create your own shortlist of places and activities, with space for a useful description and address or website text. A separate contacts area keeps host information easy to find. Both tables support up to 50 entries, though a shorter, curated guide is often easier for guests to use.

Choose from four visual styles: Coastal calm, Desert house, City edition and Garden retreat. Each has its own palette, typography and graphic treatment. Switching styles keeps your content intact. The designs use built-in graphics and fonts, with no external image or font downloads.

Save your editable guide as a local JSON project and load it again for future updates. Print and save a PDF through your browser, or download a clean guest HTML document or plain-text version. The clean documents contain the visible guide without the editor or hidden project data.

Your download includes the complete offline studio, a four-page Quickstart PDF, a fictional example project and a license for one host business to create guides for properties it owns or manages. No account, Canva subscription or online service is required. Modern desktop browsers are recommended; local HTML support on phones varies.

Keep entry codes, Wi-Fi passwords and other credentials in your normal secure guest communication. This guide includes prompts for where guests find those details, rather than password fields. Photos, translations, maps, QR codes and hosting-platform integrations are not included. Review every exported page and all property details before sharing.
