Hey I'm Lauren

I created this 4-Week Dairy-Free Dinners Meal Plan to help other families facing similar challenges with food allergies.


When my daughter was born with cow’s milk protein allergy (CMPA) in 2012, and later developed allergies to egg, sesame, tree nuts, and peanuts, mealtimes felt overwhelming. (She has thankfully outgrown these allergies now – you can read more about her journey here.)


Back then, dairy-free options were limited, and I often found myself cooking the same meals over and over again, worrying whether they were safe and balanced enough for my family.


Through years of experience, I’ve learned how to create simple, delicious, and safe meals that work for busy families like yours.
