Once-Off Nutrition & Macro Assessment

If you aren't ready for the time or financial investment into 1:1 nutrition coaching but you are eager to kick-start your journey with a bit of guidance, this once-off nutrition and macro assessment is for you!

What's included?

• Personalised calories and macros suited to you and your goals
• Copies and access to my comprehensive and in depth nutrition resources. This includes; Flexible Eating Guide, Nutrition Fundamentals Guide, My Fitness Pal Guide.
• You will receive 2 'one day' sample meal plans from me based on foods you love. 
• Personalised habit and progress tracking.
• One week access to me through What's App (your opportunity to ask me any questions about your plan and journey)

How it works?

• Once payment is made, you will receive an automatic email to download your resources. Please make sure you immediately save these digital copies somewhere that you can always access them.
• I will then email you an onboarding form gathering as much information as possible for me to build your personalised plan. 
• You will receive an email from me within 7 days of submitting your onboarding form which will contain your personalised plan. Within the email with your personalised plan will be the instructions to add me on to What's App for our week long chat together. 

IMPORTANT

If you haven't received any correspondence from me within the 7 days of purchase, please check your junk folder in your email. If you still cannot see any correspondence, please send me an email at hello@nourishwithcristina.com.au.
