Couple of years ago I had a nervous breakdown and it was ugly. I tried to keep it from the outside world so I
wouldn't burden anyone. I was raised to be strong and independent, I dealt with my own demons and fought
my own fights. Until one day I had no weapons left and my armor was all cracked and dented and didn't
shield me anymore.
I had to reimagine my whole life, other wise I would have died. I had to think what was important, what I
wanted to get rid off and what could wait.
The hourglass is has two compartments. You know what that means? It means that you should not be alone
with your troubles. There is always someone you can unload upon, even if it is just a tiny grain at a time. Talk
to someone; your significant other, family member, professional or someone on the internet. Talk today, one
grain at a time.
