Core Functionality

• Folder Organization: Create unlimited custom folders (Pro only, up to 3 for free) to neatly categorize your Gemini conversations. Pro users get subfolders as well.
• NEW: Notebook Folder Organization: Create unlimited folders with subfolders to neatly organize your Notebook conversations (Pro Only).
• Color Customization: Assign unique background and font colors to every folder so both the folder label and its conversations match your preferred palette.
• Search & Filter: Effortlessly locate specific conversations across all your organized folders with a dedicated search bar.
• Drag & Drop: Easily move conversations between folders, into subfolders, back up to parent folders, or within a folder using intuitive drag-and-drop gestures. This includes smart reordering that respects pinned items.
• Resizable Panel: The Easy Folders panel is vertically resizable, allowing you to adjust its height to suit your workflow. The extension remembers your preferred height between sessions.

Advanced Features

• Gem Folder Creation: Automatically generate new folders directly from Gemini's "gems" (pre-made or custom AI personas) with a single click.
• Bulk Add Gem Conversations: The main menu auto-loads Recent conversations, resolves gem IDs from URLs, redirects, Gemini metadata, and gem-home Recent rows, then creates any missing gem folders before presenting the bulk add modal.
• Purge Missing Conversations: Auto-scrolls Recent to load every chat, compares against all folders, and lets you quickly remove conversations that no longer exist in Gemini.
• Cross-Compatible Folders: All folders seamlessly work with any conversation type, whether they are regular chats or gem-based conversations.
• Smart Title Detection: Automatically extracts meaningful titles for new conversations, ensuring your organized chats are easy to identify.
• Duplicate Prevention: An intelligent system prevents adding the same conversation multiple times into the same folder.
• Pinning Conversations: Pin important conversations to the top of their respective folders for quick access. Pinned conversations can only be reordered among other pinned conversations within a folder.
• Export/Import: Backup and restore your entire folder organization setup, making it easy to transfer settings or restore them if needed.
• Bidirectional Deletion: Delete conversations from "Recent" and they're automatically removed from folders. Delete from folders and they're removed from "Recent" with Gemini's native confirmation dialog.

Prompt Manager (Pro Only)

• Add/Edit/Delete Prompts: Create, update, and remove prompts with a modern in-app modal interface.
• Pin/Unpin Prompts: Pin your most important prompts to the top of the list for quick access.
• Real-Time Search: Instantly filter prompts by title, codename, or body as you type.
• Import/Export: Backup or restore your prompts as a JSON file. Import merges by codename, avoiding duplicates.
• Codename Management: Codenames are always editable and must be unique.
• UI/UX: The Prompt Manager modal is centered, with persistent search input and fixed action buttons for easy access.
