SharkBase Download

SharkBase dbf programming language. This download includes the latest "Specialized Clinical" SharkBase v7.1 release with the latest dBase (ndx) indexing. The earlier Clipper index variant (ntx) is not included, having been replaced with the more stable (and more widely-used) dBase indexing which is able to read and write any version of dBase data file and/or index. This download includes the complete Shark language, Shark compiler, editor, and dozens of sample files. A free copy of the vDOS emulator is included to get you started! SharkBase is a DOS database programming languages intended to be run on Windows or Linux platforms using vDOS or DOSbox-X emulators. The SharkBase Version 7.1 software included here is a completely stable final release and works as described in the related online reference manual. Older releases with the deprecated Clipper indexes can be upgraded by simply copying these files over the older files.
