Dr. David A. Boyd is the founder and senior leader of Harvest Time Ministries International and the founder and president of Tampa Bay Bible College. With over four decades in ministry, he has devoted his life to advancing the Kingdom of God and transforming lives across generations.

A seasoned leader, educator, and preacher, Dr. Boyd has taught in the field of social work for over 20 years in New York and Florida. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Mercy College and doctoral degrees in Christian Psychology and Theology from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the State of Florida Independent Colleges and Universities.

Carrying a distinct apostolic and evangelistic mantle, Dr. Boyd is a voice for this generation with a clarion call to holiness and revival. His heartbeat is that souls come first, with a deep burden for generational unification, the restoration of families, and the healing of broken homes.
