Read row and column information from a CSV (comma-separated UTF-8) file and convert it into a list.

This is useful for managing IP addresses, device information etc.., and similar data.

For the list, properties such as size, color, font size, font, font style, and others that are typically available in property panels can generally be modified in bulk.

In the File Name list selection, it only previews. Open it.

In the case of Core, place the CSV in any directory within Core.
