As a female business owner, I know too well the challenges that we can face. For me, God has been an integral part of my journey – giving me strength when I needed it the most and directing me towards the right decisions for my business. Like any other Christian, I believe that the Bible is filled with lessons that can help us in our day-to-day living. Accordingly, it is no surprise that as female entrepreneurs we can look to the Bible for principles that can help us take our business to the next level.
When I began my entrepreneurial journey, there was no one in my circle who attained the level of success I aspired to meet. See that’s the catch about being a trailblazer, you literally blaze your own trails that others will use as a blueprint.
There were no straight paved lessons or outlines for me to follow. I relied on the skills I gained through the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance to network, fundraise and most of all innovate. I had no clue, in the beginning, I would build a successful international nonprofit, travel the world and impact the world in a massive way. I relied solely on hope and a prayer. I hoped others would embrace and believe in my vision and prayed that I would have enough substance to show up and deliver at the appointed time.
This experience enabled me to initially start my coaching and consulting business teaching women to live their God Prophecy in their business or ministry.
