finally selling my topaz settings people have been asking for some time.

NOTE: all these settings is for the version V2.6.0 of Topaz Video Enhance AI , i noticed after experimenting with newer versions that this one was the best to handle grainy movies and to upscale trailers/scene packs. yes this version is a bit slower compared to others but it has the best effect when upscaling in my opinion.
