HOW IT WORKS

Use a separate copy for each event and one row per product variation. Enter your counts and amounts in amber cells. Gray cells calculate the units left and net receipts. Example: 20 units brought, 7 sold and 1 removed leaves 12. Preview numbers are illustrative.

PLEASE NOTE

Digital download only. Spreadsheet software that opens .xlsx files is required and is not included. Sales amounts exclude collected sales tax. Net receipts deduct refunds and payment fees but exclude product costs, booth fees and taxes. This is a manual event tracker, not live inventory, accounting or tax-filing software. No macros or subscription.
