Why I Wrote This Book
Life has a way of teaching us lessons—sometimes gently, sometimes through exhaustion. My biggest lesson? Time stress.
I wore all the hats: writer, entrepreneur, wellness advocate. I was always busy, always doing. But over time, I realized “busy” had become my identity. I was constantly chasing to-do lists and milestones, yet I felt like I was getting nowhere. It was like running on a treadmill—moving nonstop, but never arriving.
That nonstop pace took its toll—on my energy, my relationships, and my joy.
