For over 40 years, I’ve been dedicated to health and fitness, from strength training and exercise to nutrition and overall well-being. I've learned firsthand what works and what doesn’t—what truly supports a strong, healthy body and mind. My books are a way to pass on that knowledge, helping others avoid the confusion and mistakes I’ve seen too often.
