Ideas OS: The Notion System for Turning Scattered Ideas Into Real Progress

You have ideas everywhere: notes app, sticky notes, half finished docs, texts to yourself at 2am. Most go nowhere, not because they were bad ideas, but because there was never a system to catch, connect, and prioritize them.

Ideas OS fixes that with a fully connected Notion workspace built around four databases that work together automatically.

What's inside

Four connected databases:

Ideas is your central log, scored and dated.

Life Areas covers the big categories of your life like career, health, finance, and relationships.

Tags let you slice ideas by theme or priority.

Resources holds the books, articles, and tools behind each idea.

Formulas and rollups that do the thinking. Impact Effort Score ranks ideas by value versus work. Idea Count and Resource Count update live on every life area and tag.

Who this is for

Founders, writers, side hustlers, and anyone who generates more ideas than they can act on. Ideas OS gives you a system to filter the noise and find what's worth building.
