EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: NONE!
No prior experience is needed to start using this guide. Before I started calisthenics I couldn't do a single chin-up and wasn't even close to lifting my legs off the ground for the L-sit, but following these very progressions, I have managed to master these skills and you can too!

In this guide I share with you some alternative exercises you can do without the need for equipment. However, I highly recommend investing in a pull-up bar—it's a game-changer!
DISCLAIMER: I am not a qualified professional and the insights I share with you in this guide are only what I have learnt from experience and what has helped me get to where I am today. These are just my tips I think would be beneficial to anyone starting in calisthenics so please take everything in this guide with a pinch of salt.
