About Your Coach

Hey gorgeous, I’m Kali. I’m a former corporate leader, a triple-certified coach with an MA in counseling psychology, an award-winning storyteller, and a sober single parent. I’ve invested over $200,000 studying how we humans actually work — psychology, psychoanalysis, leadership, recovery, mysticism, martial arts, EFT, EMDR, NLP, you name it. All the frameworks, all the ways to unfog your mind and stop abandoning yourself.


But where I learned the most was in my own personal FAFO era.


Sobriety at 29 cracked me open. It forced me to face myself without an escape hatch, stop destroying myself while calling it "helping" other people, and figure out what actually brought me real joy. It was like a Marie Kondo origin story set in Gotham City. Not for the faint of heart, full of intrigue and suspense, but totally worth it. And once I did that, I discovered a different flavor of happiness — the dangerous kind. The kind that makes you unshakeable. Strategic. Impossible to guilt-trip. A woman with her own internal power grid.


Once I had that, I left an abusive relationship, leveled up my dating life, and stopped settling for potential. And in my corporate leadership role, I became known as the "personnel whisperer" who could get struggling employees to improve and toxic employees to GTFO. My trick was that I didn't use any tricks; I just kept the standards high, the communication kind, and the consequences realistic across the board. Well-meaning people were motivated to improve, and drama-seekers were repelled. I taught other women to do the same, and together we formed a growing contingent of unfuckwithable female leaders.
