if you working from Adobe Illustrator program > You should rename the file before exporting(might be even with "save" command) - to avoid "unknown error" window notification or "file name is too long" notification appearing in the Illustrator program or nothing saved at all without an error notification, so check the destination folder when save or export before closing the file even if you working from duplicate & not the original file from archive.

 pay attention that the light blue(cyan colours) in the AICC(have more than 1 cyan tone) & the PNG file from Vector are different colour codes, a part of the file name defines which PNG file it is or the size 13.8MB) .
