In this class we will focus on syncing poses along with movement and breath that promotes our endocrine system health. We’ll spend some time opening the body through passive stretch that works deeper into our connective tissue and calming of the nervous system. This class promotes muscle and mind relaxation, enhances circulation, increases joint mobilization and replenishes the body overall. Give yourself the space for fine-tuned movements that your mind and body will appreciate in building a sense of stability for your workouts.

We will prepare the body for building strength, balance, and flexibility on Wed Dec 7 at 6am Kracken Fitness 42 Garner. Modifications will be offered so that all levels are welcome! Bring your mat!!
