This is their full origin story.
Chronological order places We Are Come to Die before The Ebony Cloak. However, it overlaps with the first scenes of Finding Pretty Wolf, which is why it's part of the Drawn by the Frost Moon series.
It contains no spoilers unless read before Book 1 of Beneath the Blackberry Moon series.
