Great content - needs tweaks on the technical side

The recipes are great and tasty and make it easy to consume enough protein in a day without thinking about it.

Technical aspects of the book that could be improved:
- Update could have a changelog so that it would be clear what has changed from the previous version
- Since I decided to print the pdf out, it would've been great if it had page numbers. Also, I noticed after printing that the recipes were not always in the same order as listed on summary page (e.g. in the pdf, "green shakshuka" comes after "shakshuka", but on Chapter 4 page they are the first and last item in the list).
- Would be awesome if the recipe showed ingredients' calories as well since the same ingredients are not always available in my country.

Great ebook

All the recipes I have cooked so far taste very good! I also like that in many dishes similar ingredients are used for seasoning such as gochujang for spiciness. This saves a lot of money because you don't have to keep buying new spices that you never use again. The cookbook helps me to have a high protein, healthy diet without feeling like I have to give up anything. I would recommend it to any person who wants a high protein diet.

Good recipes!

I think the food and recipes detailed in this cookbook is absolutely great.
He truly keeps his word on "High Protein & Low calories" and keeps it enjoyable to eat on top of that.

The only thing I would really like to see in the future are some "cold" dishes, as I have little time at work during my breaks, so reheating my food isn't an option. However, that is *not* a complaint that I have with this book.
