✨️ Lavadog Guidelines ✨️

When making your lavadog, please keep in mind that the eye is in the shape of an hourglass!

The color of their "blood" or lava goop is the same as their eyes, nose, pawpads and occasionally inner ears. They can be any variant of colors!

Be as creative as you wish!! for the moment, all i ask is you let me know what mutations, additions or hybrids you come up with! Just please keep them mostly a dog !!

i'm thinking of making lavadogs with mutations more exclusive & rare, and the best way to do that is to put them behind a paywall,

but for now, they are completely open! and will be for the rest of the year!

as long as your bean was created before i implement a "mutation fee" of some sort- i won't ask you to make any changes to them :)

i will not be making mutated or lavadog hybrids outrageously more expensive! especially adopts, they'll just be a tiny bit more than basic lavadogs

the fee to make one will be like $5, $10 maximum

you are also welcome to own, make, and sell as many lavadogs as you please!



✨️CANON MUTATIONS✨️

you may use as many of these as you'd like for your lavadogs, adopts included, for the time being!

~ Obsidian scars/parts; obtained in accidents, specifically with cold water. The colder, the more long lasting effect on the lavadog will be.

It is painful, and would feel like how being burned would feel to us. Unfortunately common.

~ Sparkle blood; a common trait in happy lavadogs, their sparkles may come and go, not always as they please! They tend to leave a small trail that "melts" like snow and dissapears within a minute.

~ Hue-Changing blood; an uncommon trait that can be controlled with inner peace. Without peace, it can change rapidly and wildly without full control from the lavadog.

Being calm-headed or having a fiery temper can be all the difference in their design!




✨️ UNIVERSAL TRAITS & INFO ✨️

Lavadogs can control the temperature of their blood, to an extent. They can choose whether to burn others or not, if they feel like it. 

When sleeping, their blood is an average of 98° Fahrenheit.

When awake, it is about 150° F naturally. 

They have the capability to burn at over 2000°, doing so leaves burn prints where they walk and touch. Angry lavadogs burn a lot more, and don't care much for the environment or others.

They can technically turn entirely into goop, but it is very uncomfortable to do so.
