This is a guided notebook for the beliefs that shape how you see yourself and what you think you’re worth. It works through five of them, one booklet each: that you’re only worth what you get done, that someone’s dislike means something is wrong with you, that your needs make you a burden, that your opinions matter less than other people’s and that a familiar habit means you can’t change.

Each belief follows the same method: Name it. Trace it. Answer it. You’ll check in with how you’re feeling, look at where the belief may have come from, work through two questions using a real situation from your own life and write a reply to yourself. There’s a practice to try afterwards and a small ritual to close.

It isn’t therapy and it won’t diagnose you. It’s a private space to notice a pattern, understand it a little better and decide what you want to do with it.

What you get

Seven PDF booklets: an Opening, the five belief booklets and a Closing. Every writing line and check-in is fillable, so you can type straight into the pages on a computer or tablet, or print them and write by hand. The contents pages link to each section so you can move around easily.

Works in free PDF apps such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Preview and Microsoft Edge. Some phone PDF viewers don’t support typing into forms, so a computer or tablet is best for filling it in.

Your email address is stamped on each page of your copy. For your personal use only. Please don’t copy, share or resell it.
