Monthly Programming – 4 Weeks
Customized strength training delivered via Superset.
Includes:
• Personalized 3–4 day progressive split
• Exercise video demonstrations
• Weekly check-in required
• Program adjustments as needed
This program is structured around a lower-body focused strength split designed to build shape and strength while maintaining balance.
Equipment Requirement
Client must have access to:
• A commercial gym
OR
• A fully equipped home setup (dumbbells, resistance bands, bench, etc.)
Programming will be built based on the equipment listed in your intake form.
Client Responsibilities
• Intake form must be completed within 48 hours of purchase.
• Weekly check-in submission is required for adjustments.
• All communication is conducted inside the Superset app.
Results require consistency, proper nutrition, and adherence. Results vary based on effort and lifestyle factors.

Policies
• Access is valid for 30 days from purchase.
• Programs do not roll over.
• A new purchase is required to continue beyond 30 days.
• No refunds.
• Hybrid upgrades begin at the start of a new 30-day cycle.
