Thousands of us make New Year's resolutions about losing weight, but studies show that within two weeks into the new year, most have gotten off track and to date, have not gotten back on track.
This planner is a good starter tracker to help one get into a good food/water intake habit. It's not a yearly tracker, but this tool allows one to check themselves on a regular basis until you're in the groove or habit of eating your caloric intake amount and is used to drinking the amount of water you've designated yourself to drink as specified in your goals. Also, this tool allows you to write out your thoughts - how are you feeling about this journey so far, what else are you thinking about this process. Jot your thoughts down.
Hopefully this starter planner will get you moving into the right direction and prayerfully, you will continue the pace towards seeing some awesome results.
