EU CRA 24-Hour Reporting Readiness Checklist

Use this free six-page checklist to assess whether your organization is operationally prepared for the EU CRA early warning, vulnerability or incident notification, and final-report workflow that begins 11 September 2026.

It covers:

• the early warning due without undue delay and no later than 24 hours after awareness;

• the vulnerability or incident notification due without undue delay and no later than 72 hours;

• prompt initial assessment and the earliest reasonable-certainty awareness time;

• personal EU Login and 2FA readiness;

• SRP Assigned Representative platform-user readiness;

• the distinct CRA Article 18 authorised-representative concept;

• Article 14(7) routing for a non-EU manufacturer;

• in-scope products placed before 11 December 2027 and products after support ends;

• evidence and submission confirmation controls;

• the same-record workflow through updates and final report;

• a conditional CSIRT-requested intermediate report; and

• platform outage and escalation readiness.
