Tensor Works MiniMax Replace Forge

Tensor Works MiniMax Replace Forge puts a new person into a clip with MiniMax H3. Drop one still and one video. Two extra photos of the same person are optional and start off. The tracked person is replaced with the person in the still: face, hair, hair color, skin, body, and clothes. Motion, camera, background, lighting, and the original audio stay.

Vertical clips stay vertical. The still is cropped to the clip, not stretched. One JSON. No node hunting. No GitHub token.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Replace one person in a clip with the person from a still

• Optional second and third photo of the same person, off until you turn one on

• Keep the clip's motion, camera, background, and audio

• Pick which person in a group: person 0 is blue, person 1 is orange

• Narrow the search with Who To Replace (person, woman, or man)

• Run about 5 seconds at the speed setting already on the canvas

• Leave the models, Fit Clip, and the collapsed Engine alone

• RunPod usage is billed separately through your RunPod account

• First launch on a new volume downloads MiniMax H3 Ref2VA and SAM 3.1, about 56 GB

• Do not load this JSON on the I2V template or the reference-to-video template

• After a template image update, Stop the pod and Start it again. Restart keeps the old container

• Drag the JSON from your download onto the canvas if the pod is already running

• SAM 3.1 is covered by the Meta SAM License. If Hugging Face asks you to accept it, add an optional HF_TOKEN after you accept
