Build a practical, site-specific HazCom system without starting from a blank page—written program, chemical and SDS controls, bilingual training, quizzes, records, and implementation guides in one ready-to-customize toolkit.

The Bilingual Hazard Communication Compliance Toolkit brings the core pieces of a working HazCom system together in one coordinated package. You receive editable program documents, chemical and SDS registers, bilingual employee training materials, knowledge checks, attendance and competency records, practical evaluation tools, and step-by-step implementation guidance.

The toolkit must be customized around the employer’s actual chemicals, processes, workplace hazards, policies, and regulatory obligations. It is not an OSHA Outreach Training Program class, does not issue Department of Labor cards, and does not guarantee regulatory compliance.

The materials were developed by Safety Specialties, a DBA of The JuJu Collective, LLC, and informed by more than 24 years of safety, project-management, training, and continuous-improvement experience.

The federal regulatory baseline was verified against 29 CFR 1910.1200 and Appendix D, OSHA’s 2024 Hazard Communication final rule, and the compliance dates extended in January 2026. Regulatory currency was verified September 4, 2026.

This is not a stack of disconnected templates. The inventory connects to the SDS index. Review findings route into controlled program-review records. The training deck, handout, quiz, answer key, attendance records, practical evaluation, and competency record support one coordinated training process.

Employee-facing materials are provided in English and Spanish using controlled terminology. Administrative files remain editable so buyers can assign their actual owners, locations, access methods, approval steps, and record controls.

WHAT IT’S NOT

  • It is not legal advice or a guarantee of compliance.
  • It is not an OSHA certification, Outreach card, or OSHA 10- or 30-hour course.
  • It does not include manufacturer Safety Data Sheets or third-party courseware.
  • It is not a substitute for walking the facility, identifying the actual chemicals, and training employees on the hazards they may encounter.
  • It is not a promise that every state-plan requirement or future regulatory change is already addressed.
  • It is not a word-for-word Spanish translation of every administrative file. Spanish is concentrated where employees need it most.

Your operation still needs your decisions. This toolkit gives you the structure, controls, and practical working files to make those decisions visible—and keep the system working after launch.
