Who it's for

Small home-service and professional-service businesses (plumbers, cleaners, clinics, local firms) that need a simple, clear website that makes it easy for visitors to get in touch. Not for custom software, online stores, booking platforms or paywalls.

Scope

A static website of up to 5 pages, for example:

1. Home
2. Services
3. About
4. Contact (tap-to-call and tap-to-email buttons, phone number, opening hours, area served)
5. One extra page of your choice (for example FAQ or prices)

Included:

• Mobile-friendly layout using your logo, colours and text
• Tap-to-call and tap-to-email buttons on every page
• Basic on-page setup: page titles, descriptions, image alt text
• Deployment to your own free static-host account (or existing hosting), and connection of your existing domain using documented DNS steps
• If your domain or host can't be connected with standard DNS records, we tell you before setup work starts.
• A written handover by email: where the site lives, how to change text, how to redeploy, the DNS records used and what to do if the site is down

Excluded:

• Online stores, payments, WooCommerce or Shopify setup
• Booking systems, logins, member areas, paywalls
• AI chatbots or phone answering
• Writing all the copy from scratch (we tidy and structure the text you send)
• Paid stock photos, paid themes or plugins, domain and hosting fees
• Domain purchase
• Contact forms
• WordPress sites, themes or plugins
• Ongoing maintenance, SEO campaigns or ads
• Translation into extra languages

What you need to provide

• Business name, logo, colours (if any)
• Text for each page, or notes we can turn into short page text
• Photos you own or have the right to use
• The phone number and email address to show on the tap-to-call and tap-to-email buttons
• Your domain and your hosting account: you create your own free static-host account (or give us access to your existing hosting), and we deploy the site to it
• For your existing domain: DNS access, or you add the DNS records we send you

Delivery time

7 business days after you have sent all content and access.

Revisions

2 rounds of revisions on the delivered site, sent as one list per round by email. Changes outside the scope above are quoted separately.

Process

No calls or meetings needed. Everything is handled by email.

1. Order, then send content and access by email.
2. We confirm we have everything before work starts.
3. We send a preview link.
4. Up to 2 revision rounds.
5. We deploy to your hosting account, connect your domain and send the handover notes.

Refunds
