Film Set Fundamentals
The most organised workplace in this trade, and the least forgiving
A film set is the most organised workplace in this industry and the least forgiving of somebody who does not know how it works. Several hundred people can be standing in one room, and all of them know exactly whose equipment they may touch, which words stop everything, where the camera can see, and what happens next. A newcomer who does not know those things is not merely unhelpful. They are expensive.
