An hour. Just for you. No interruptions, no one asking for snacks, no to-do list — just 60 minutes where the focus is on helping you feel a little better.
This is your space to talk about whatever’s on your mind. Come prepared with anything you would find most beneficial but don’t be surprised when you uncover more than you bargained for!
