When I first wrote *You Can Be What You Wanna Be*, the words came to me in Italian. At the time, I was living in Italy, surrounded by a beautiful culture—but also by a language I didn’t fully understand. Every conversation felt like a wall, every step forward felt uncertain. There were moments when my dreams seemed impossible, not because they were too big, but because I felt too small in a place where I couldn’t fully express myself.

Still, something inside me refused to give up.

Music became my bridge. Even when words failed me in daily life, melodies spoke for me. As I grew stronger and more confident, I decided to remix the song in English. That remix wasn’t just a change of language—it was a symbol of growth. It represented the moment I realized that limits are often illusions we place on ourselves.

Italy taught me that belief is powerful. Once I believed in myself and committed to putting in the work, the impossible started to feel possible. The language barrier didn’t disappear overnight, but my fear did. I learned that when you trust your journey, adapt, and stay faithful to your vision, doors begin to open in ways you never imagined.
