Free CRT macro for davinci resolve 18+

Compatible with both Free and Studio version.

How/where to install:

- Put the .setting file in the macro folder

(on windows: C:\User\AppData\Roaming\Blackmagic Design\DaVinci Resolve\Support\Fusion\Macros)

- it should show up in the shift+space menu
