The Four Sessions
Session 1: Prep
Before we build anything, you gather the raw material. Writing samples, brand documents, frameworks, the way you explain your work—everything Claude needs to actually know you. We walk through exactly what to collect and how to organize it so Session 2 isn't slowed down by missing pieces.
Session 2: Build
This is the working session. We build your YouBot together, live. You're not watching someone else configure a tool—you're building yours, with direct guidance, in real time.
Session 3: Troubleshoot
What broke, what surprised you, what isn't working the way you expected. This session exists because the first week of using a new tool always surfaces things you didn't anticipate. We fix them together.
Session 4: Fine Tune
By now you've been using it. This session is about making it yours—refining the language, adjusting the patterns, building on what's actually working.
Why Five People
Not because it sounds exclusive.
Because more than five people means less time on your specific configuration, your specific business, your specific friction. Five is the number where everyone gets real attention.
