We sell digital products with an AI agent. It drafts the posts, publishes on schedule, measures what happened, and reports to a phone — while a human approves everything public and posts the real numbers every Sunday, flops included.

This kit is that exact system, packaged: the interview, the prompts, the mission file, the server setup, the launch sequence. Plus the part most "sell AI products" material skips entirely — a discovery interview that works out what YOU specifically should sell, and refuses to let you build until real demand shows up in the wild.

THE ROUTE, IN FIVE STAGES:

1. Discovery — an agent-led 90-minute interview finds the product buried in what you already know and what people have already paid you for. Then a demand check makes you verify buyers exist before you build. If nothing real surfaces, the interview says so and stops. It is built to refuse.
2. 2. Build — you make the product with AI, one deliverable per run, under a format law and a QA gate that keep it from being the slop buyers can smell in the free preview.
3. 3. Voice + Loop — a voice interview so the agent drafts posts that sound like you instead of like every AI account on the app, then the weekly autopilot loop: draft, approve or kill, publish, measure, report.
4. 4. VPS — the loop moves to a $5-8/month server, and here is the trick that makes it non-technical: you install Claude Code on the server and paste it a prompt that installs everything else. The agent installs the agent. You SSH in once.
5. 5. Launch — official Threads API on your own account, the Payhip storefront, a shot list of real screenshots, a week-1 posting calendar, and the compliance rails that keep every post on the right side of the FTC.

The one rule over all of it: never fake anything. Real numbers from a real ledger, real screenshots including the $0 ones, and an approval boundary the agent cannot cross. In an era where revenue screenshots are assumed fake, the thing an image editor cannot forge is the machine itself running. That is the moat, and this kit hands you the machine.
