Threshold doesn't escalate toward a finish. It finds the edge of your limit and stays there.

The first half builds deliberately, a slow warm-up that starts at the lowest point and expands, a foundation phase that establishes full travel at medium pace, then a rising section that introduces ring-area strokes once the body is ready for them. Nothing rushed. Everything building toward one thing.

At the 30-minute mark the architecture changes completely. Five patterns cycle continuously, an asymmetric sweep that loads pressure on the way up and denies recovery on the way down, a pendulum that keeps approaching the ceiling without ever landing there, alternating fast and slow sets that keep either rhythm from settling, ring-area clusters that build local sensitivity, and a sustained full-travel run at exactly the speed that holds you just below the finish without crossing it.

None of these patterns are designed to finish you. Together, sustained long enough with no pauses and no relief, they make the finish unavoidable. The body can only hold threshold proximity for so long before it stops cooperating.

Two full cycles. Tightening on the second pass. Then a short ramp to maximum and held there for the finish.
