Built by a machinist from a 20-year family CNC precision shop in Singapore. It's one spreadsheet: work out your real shop rate, quote any drawing at 5 quantities, send a clean quote, and track the job until it's paid.

WHAT IT DOES

• Shop Setup – turns your yearly overhead, wages and billable hours into a break-even rate per hour. Rate per machine/work centre (up to 10), with optional override.

• Materials – your own price list (per kg or per lb) with density. Prices older than 6 months turn red.

• Quote – pick material + stock size (block, round bar, hex bar), list each op with setup hours and cycle minutes, add fixtures, special tooling, outside processing (with minimum lot charge + freight), hardware and packaging. Get unit price and order total at 5 quantities.

• "Earned per shop hour" check – flags any quantity that's below break-even.

• 11-point easy-to-miss checklist – CAM time, op 2 setup, first-article inspection, deburr, anodise minimums, certs… Quote status turns green when nothing is missing.

• Customer Quote – one-page printable quotation with price breaks, lead time and terms. Save as PDF and send.

• Job Tracker – 200 rows. Status dropdown (Quoted > Won > In progress > QC > Shipped > Invoiced > Paid / Lost). Overdue jobs flag red, due-in-3-days amber. Actual hours → real profit and margin.

• Dashboard – win rate, open work, overdue jobs, on-time delivery %, margin on completed jobs, actual vs quoted hours.
