Jo Watkins is a freelance GP, entrepreneur and small business owner who combines an interest in lifestyle medicine, business mentoring and transformational life coaching into her 1:1 and group progammes.

Jo has over 20 years experience in medicine and 10 years learning business from the grassroots up. Self taught and absorbing every course, podcast, membership and business book that there is!

She is passionate about helping other medics with side hustles and ideas to develop their businesses alongside their medical careers.
