Winter Solstice Ceremony

Join us Sun, Dec 22nd at 3pm PT/ 6pm ET for 90mins on Zoom as we work with the theme of Processing and Digesting 2024. Here we'll close the year with a Ceremony that honors our triumphs and struggles. Giving reverence and thanks to our path, all that we've learned, and all those who have deeply influenced and supported us this year. Here we'll work with various body-based tools to bring us back into an embodied state along with working with Sound and Guided Meditation for coming in contact with the deep rest that Winter is asking of us.
