Regulate & Reset - Volume 1 ( Audio support for overwhelmed or anxious moments)
Audio support for moments when your nervous system feels overwhelmed, anxious, or unsettled
This is a small collection of guided audio recordings designed to support you in real-life moments that many women experience , waking at 3am, sudden waves of anxiety, emotional dips, hormone surges, or simply times when you need to feel safe and steady again.
These recordings combine gentle breathing guidance, nervous system support, and simple practices that help your body settle and regain balance. They are not about forcing calm or “fixing” anything, but about working with your body in a way that feels natural and manageable.
You can listen lying down, sitting, or wherever you are. Each track is designed to be simple, repeatable, and supportive whenever you need it.
You are not alone in these experiences, and you don’t have to manage them on your own.
These recordings are designed to be listened to whenever you need them, at night, during the day, or in any moment you need to pause, breathe, and reset.
This collection includes:
- The 3am Rude Awakening
- When Hormones Hijack
- When Anxiety Spikes
- When Your Mood Suddenly Drops
- Quick Reset When Everything Feels Too Much
- When You Just Need to Feel Safe & Comforted
About the creator
These recordings were created by Clare Taylor, a breathing and nervous system coach and Advanced Oxygen Advantage® Instructor, who works with athletes and women in midlife to help them regulate their bodies, build resilience, and feel more in control of their health and wellbeing.
Many of the situations covered in these recordings come not only from professional experience, but from personal experience too. They were created in the way Clare wished she had been supported during those moments, calm, supportive, practical, and reassuring.
