This short Qigong session is designed to help you release built-up tension through simple movement, breath and awareness. If you’re feeling tense, stressed or overwhelmed, it offers a gentle way to restore the flow of your energy, relax your body and leave you feeling lighter and more energised.
This practice can be done seated or standing, depending on what feels comfortable. Please listen to your body, move at your own pace, and only do what feels right for you. You take part at your own discretion and responsibility.
