
Live Intermediate Yiquan Training Session
A challenging 67 minute training session which is suitable for those with a foundational background in yiquan and/or standing practice. This session includes multiple moving and health exercises along with a 50 minute challenging zhang zhuang set of various asymmetrical postures. You will be pushed hard and to dig deep. The rewards over time include include increased whole body strength, connectivity, and deep inner body and mind training.
