“A Pelicans Journey”.
It’s a story telling about how a pelican travels searching out suitable areas of water and food supply. This beautiful bird is highly significant to The First Nations & The Ngarrindjeri People. The pelican is also Aunty Ruby Hunter’s Totem. I incorporated the colours of the pelicans beak to create a beautiful piece of art.
